About Brent Beard

Brent Beard is a third-generation Operating Engineer with more than 30 years of hands-on manufacturing experience and over two decades in independent product development. His expertise centers on epoxy adhesives, specialty chemicals, and protective material systems, developed and produced for government, military, industrial, and commercial markets.

Brent has personally manufactured more than 20 million gallons of product, earned through direct responsibility on the plant floor, not consulting, not theory.

His work focuses on one principle:

Design materials that work—and keep working—under real conditions.

Beyond his manufacturing and business acumen, Brent brings over five decades of martial arts mastery and a lifelong commitment to mentorship. He applies time-tested, discipline-driven training principles to support and empower combat veterans, strengthening resilience, mental fortitude, and willpower as they navigate the challenges of reintegration into civilian life.

Brent began his manufacturing career in 1993, learning the business from the ground up on the shop floor. He trained and worked with major industry organizations including Hercules (later acquired by Ashland Inc.) and Great Western Chemical, once the largest privately held chemical distributor in the United States. Brent went on to work for Gaco Western, and other leading manufacturers before branching out on his own.
